Nick has been working as an estate agent in Clevedon for 20 years. He started with his family business CJ Hole where he also worked with Steven Smith. He has a wealth of property knowledge and is respected in the local community as an honest and approachable agent. Nick is married and has three children and two step-children keeping him just a busy outside of work.
Harvey is the latest addition to the Steven Smith team. Having started his estate agency career as a Sales Negotiator in Somerset, he opted to swap village life in favour of the vibrant Clevedon market, bringing with him a wealth of local and property knowledge.
Having worked in Clevedon estate agency for over 25 years, Rachel brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to Steven Smith’s. She has a particular passion for progressing a sale through to exchange and completion and her calm, unflappable nature and strong problem-solving skills have helped many a buyer and seller move over the years. When not working, Rachel enjoys spending time at their holiday cottage in her home county of Devon, where she can often be found walking her Whippets along the coast whilst her husband fishes for their tea!
Jane has worked for Steven Smith Estate Agents for 10 years having previously worked for a local firm of solicitors gaining her knowledge in the house buying and selling process. Jane has lived in Clevedon for 30 years so as a local resident there is not a lot that she doesn’t know about the local area. At home, Jane is always kept busy with three grown-up daughters and loves nothing more than spending time with family and friends.
Claire joined the team here at Steven Smith. Having worked for Solicitors for many years and after having some time away from work to concentrate on her family life and bringing up her children, she is trying something new. With her legal experience and friendly manner, she will help you with all your queries to assist in the smooth running of your property.
Jess, has recently started with the team at Steven Smiths as Lettings Negotiator. Having previous worked in the Deposit Protection Service I have gained a wealth of knowledge to help both landlords and tenants within the renting process. Having both happy landlords and tenants makes for great job satisfaction.
Chris has been working at Steven Smith for 3 years and is responsible for Operations and Land & New Homes. Having previously ran his own development company and being involved in the Home Improvements industry for over 20 years. With his background this gives him a unique view from both sides when it comes to New Homes developments. Working closely with land owners and developers to maximise opportunities. In his spare time he is a keen rugby fan and very occasionally can be seen putting on his own boots when he is not in the kitchen cooking up a storm.
